Muhammad Syazni Bin Mohd Zaki is a Chartered Accountant and has experience as a group accountant in a public listed company where he was responsible for group financial reporting and analysis. Prior to that, he was attached to Ernst & Young as an external auditor and the portfolio included public listed and multinational companies in various industries, including logistics, services, hospitality, retail and telecommunications. In addition to performing audits, he was also involved in other assurance services such as reviews of internal controls and agreed-upon procedures according to the specifications set by the clients.
Muhammad Syazni graduated from Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM) with a Bachelor of Accountancy and he is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA).
Mohd Anas Nasae bin Ismail has 8 years of experience as an auditor in local audit firms, focusing on audit and assurance. His work experience with his previous audit firm exposed him to a wide range of sectors, including transportation, building and property development, logistics, education, information technology, oil and gas, and general government. During his tenure at the firms, he was involved in various high-profile public listed and private company engagements and played a critical role in ensuring that the team produced great outcomes that exceeded clients’ expectations.
He graduated from the University Tun Abdul Razak with a first class Bachelor of Accountancy (CPA).
